The Annual Sister Shirley Sedawie Oration delivered by:

Anette Adelmann from Heppenheim, Germany, who is the General Secretary of the International Council of Christians and Jews. She has a Dipl. Theol. (Protestant Theology) and an M.A. (Jewish Studies).
Her topic will be: “Benefits and Boundaries of a global Jewish-Christian Dialogue: Insights into the recent work and future tasks of the International Council of Christians and Jews”.

The launch of the Tackling Hate Speech Program

The program is a new initiative of the CCJ, in conjunction with the Online Hate Prevention Institute, aimed at combating the rise in online hate by working together as religious communities to counter the hate and increase awareness of the issues. The program will provide training for people to safely respond when faced with racism or religious vilification.  More details at the launch.
